Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Percival was born the youngest of three triplets. Percival was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
