History: Nicholas lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Performer. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Gaaki was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Bather. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gaaki fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. Godfrey enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Godfrey lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Bellfounder, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He now mingles about in high society.

Her gold eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her parents enrolled her in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that she could practice her martial talents. She was granted martial powers by her dying brother.

Description: He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly quarterstaffs and shields. His yellow fur is greasy and uncared for. He has several tiny aquamarine earrings on each ear.

Personality: He is mildly Tabaxi supremacist, though he does not identify as such. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Lone grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Lone. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: He is a Detective first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was born into a rich family. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: To be a Cartwright again; and money/treasure

Description: She prefers to wear flannel. She carries with her a set of rapiers on her belt, each one with a jet on the hilt. Her red hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and she is greedy

Description: This malnourished man wears green robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a mace, but if one is not available he will default to his greataxe. His long red hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His half smiles and silver eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing music.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bookbinder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life.
