Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the east. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Miller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
