History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Rangrim was born on a far western desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Doctor. He struck the Doctor job and began his own company from there.

Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. She is obsessed with her god.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to goblins.

Motivation: She wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Born in the south to a Masseuse, River learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. River grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did River. He's also a talented Herbalist, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Adelard was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Interpreter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
