Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears bulky green painted plate armor. He has styled his gold crest well, parting it to the left. His gold eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.
History: Born in the south to a Apothecary, Rathkran learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Apothecary work with an outfit from a few towns over. Apothecary work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: She is scrawny and has patchy black stubble. She wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. She has a hunchback. Her black hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. Her eyes are green and catlike.
Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.
History: Dell was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north.

Description: She is of a modest build and height, but she carries herself more imposing than she is. She wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with grey lining and desert motifs. Her white hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. Her hazel eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Kathra fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and she has money and likes to spend it

Description: This southern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty blue coat over it. With a patchy black beard and wild black hair. His eyes are hazel.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. Roondar is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: He is greedy.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a beer of some kind. He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination, marred by beers. His silver hair, when down, is lengthy. His brown eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Silvo was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He bought a glaive and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.

She wears baggy violet pantaloons and a blue scarf. Her white hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a cross scrunchie. Her eyes are likewise violet. Her teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.
History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Guard. She has achieved small success as a Guard.
Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it.

Description: She is a pot bellied northern woman with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. She wears a worn and beaten armor. Her black crest is knotted and matted. Her eyes are a pleasant gold.
Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Half-Orc companion (her 'brother'). When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Gale was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Gale liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He bought a scythe and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
