Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Dagger was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Dwarf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: She was born in the north. Her first spouse was a Laborer, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born in the north. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving She is obsessed with her god.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her mother. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She is greedy; and her religion dominates her actions

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She is a great chef.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her parents enrolled her in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that she could practice her martial talents. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Through the years after Merla was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Merla's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

History: Foxilon hails from a village terrorized by drow. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Soapmaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor.
