History: Nalaed was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Tanner work with an outfit from a few towns over. Tanner work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Tanner for hire.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the west. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Thamuz fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She is an amazing painter.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. Some 6 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Arara never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Motivation: A deep hatred of giants; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and she desires to right it

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Vlorn embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and he is content

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.

History: She got into the Bellfounder business at a young age. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and marry her brother to traveling adventurers

Description: He is lean but muscular and dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. He has dyed his greying chestnut hair a little too much giving a sharp chestnut color. He has a dull look in his hazel eyes.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Ploughman for the past few years.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and to end his boredom

History: Calcitro was born the youngest of three triplets. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Painter. He's also a talented Mercenary, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world
