Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Zook embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his divine talents. After a long history of fighting, Zook and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and to find somewhere to settle down

Description: This woman is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. She wears silk and lounges about seductively. Her red hair is smooth and relatively long. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: Euphemia hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her painting career. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Euphemia was born with her mother's beautiful face. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Born in the east to a Herbalist, Pyntle learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She tends to her Herbalist job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears an entirely yellow suit with brown socks and a vest with buckled shoes. His hair, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with music. He constantly tries to fill his life with music. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Nicholas was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Nicholas was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Spy. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Riswynn enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

Personality: Ownka is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and doesn't want to be a blacksmith and was forced into it by her family

History: He was born into a rich family. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and money/treasure
