History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Curran was born on a far southern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Engraver. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 9 years.

Description: This woman is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. She has the majority of her body covered in plate. Her crest, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. Her eyes are gold.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. In her 15th year, her parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Burana alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He was born in the north. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Elves in Gerald's homeland. Gerald decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and obtaining odd cultural elven artifacts is his passion

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His father, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and many illithids want him driven away

Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His red hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady gold eyes.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born to a Sculptor, his mother struggled to pay the bills. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He wants revenge against goblins.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Shepherd business.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Shepherd. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Shepherd responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Vepar has worked very hard to control her curse. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: To protect her home; and she's looking for her big break

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: Seven was born with his father's beautiful face. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
