Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Elves.
History: Aelar was born the youngest of three triplets. His first spouse was a Locksmith, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: This southern man is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Carter. His clothes are grease stained in places. His silver hair is heavily combed to the left. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She wears an entirely yellow suit with grey socks and a vest with buckled shoes. Her golden hair has been sun bleached extensively. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.
History: The child of a Painter, who enjoyed hunting, Millicent was taken on many hunting expeditions. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She bought a scimitar and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and she will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact

Description: She is lean but muscular and has a large white mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her black robe. Her chestnut hair is smooth and relatively long. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: She is fixated on the number 9. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion.

Description: This younger middle-aged woman is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by her earthly robes., and a wedding ring on her right hand. Her orange fur is thinning but still full. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep copper.
Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.
History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Ostracized due to the divine powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tabaxis became a terror of the countryside. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.
Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.

Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and wears a robe, a symbol of death around his neck, and a trident on his belt. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His tied-back hair is black. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are brown.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Zaffrab abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is his passion.

History: Gifted from a young age, Bardryn studied abroad. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Dyer for hire.

Personality: Gadreel is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: She comes from a rich northern family. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
