History: She comes from a rich southern family. Her childhood dream was to be a Mortician, but she was a colossal failure. She struck the Layabout job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Layabout responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Born in the east to a Glassblower, Korag learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and doesn't want to be a glassblower and was forced into it by his family

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He has worked as a Cartwright like his mother before him.

Description: This woman dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over her head. She is muscular with a powerful set of arms. Her hair is auburn and curly. She has gleaming, smiling brown eyes.

Personality: Jasmine is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Jasmine grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Jasmine. After months of barely getting by, Jasmine managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and to prove her worth to the world

Description: This woman is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. She wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with tan lining and desert motifs. She has wavy chestnut hair. Her fierce green eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Guard born in the past three hundred years. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Vadania was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. While she appears to be a normal Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'4" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears an entirely tan suit with white socks and a vest with buckled shoes. He has styled his silver hair well, parting it to the left. His brown eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Beiro is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Expand his business; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: She was raised in a island tribe. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Scribe hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and retire the richest woman in the west

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and to share knowledge with the world
