She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She now mingles about in high society.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. A freak accident while working with her Bounty Hunter mother left her crippled. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: To be a Bounty Hunter again; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He was born in the west. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Bertram isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Bertram and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: She was born into a rich family. While she appears to be a normal Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

His broad hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gray.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
