History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Maynild embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. Maynild enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Maynild lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She now mingles about in high society.

History: She was born in the south. Ronobe was born on a far southern mountains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Stableman. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Laborer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Laborer work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Kellen has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: Callybon was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. After a long history of fighting, Callybon and her spouse have recently divorced.

She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.
