He found a children's book about a Half-Orc Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature pickaxe.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She is greedy; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it
