She is bald on top and has large black tufts of hair around her ears. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
