History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her mother. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature hammer.
Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and doesn't want to be a mason and was forced into it by her family

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: Helja hails from a village terrorized by goblins. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Description: He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. His white hair is braided into rings. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.
History: Oren was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He's also a talented Shipwright, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new sailor responsibilities is difficult

History: She got into the Doctor business at a young age. Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
