Description: This western man is abnormally tall. He is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His brown hair is smooth and relatively long. His blue eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Balimaar grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: She is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down. She has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. Her white hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a deerstalker hat. Her eyes are amber and beady.

Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dwarven conditions. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Half-Elven people; and half-elven compassion

Description: This woman is very fat, and wears suspenders and violet workpants. Her shirt is green, and she wears a heavy violet leather apron most of the time. Her hair is cut close to her head. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Bowyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she wears well tailored gowns and hats with beautiful decoration. She is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. Her brass crest is knotted and matted. Her eyes are likewise red.

Personality: She exudes charisma. She is a tour de force of persuasion. She works hard and plays hard.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and she uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs

Description: He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. He wears his red hair up in a very large beehive style do. His gray eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Being a Bookbinder kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: She is scrawny and has patchy brown stubble. She prefers to wear white pants and tee shirts. She has a hunchback. Her hair is always cut to a buzz. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Through the years after Rose was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Rose's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Description: This younger middle-aged man does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it, and a wedding ring on his right hand. His tied-back hair is chestnut. His hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Olgoth hails from a village terrorized by orcs. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He wants revenge against orcs.

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His hair is short and black. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was born in a small forest village. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He bought a ceremonial dagger and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: The child of a Weaver, who enjoyed hunting, Thradal was taken on many hunting expeditions. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He got money to start a business from the gang present in town. He is greatly indebted to them.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has passion for adventuring and risk
