History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. After coming to the age of reason, Helen took it upon herself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. Personality: He is a Engraver first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was born in a small plains village. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Engraver. He has worked as a Engraver like his father before him.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: She was born at the edge of vast plains. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and to pay off her debts

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Tiefling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tiefling doctor. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: Tiefling compassion; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

History: Astaro hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Tieflings in Astaro's homeland. Astaro decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She has achieved small success as a Carpenter.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 88. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Knight arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things; and she is content

Personality: River is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: River hails from a village terrorized by illithids. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered singing. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by illithids. River was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the illithids.
