Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He tends to wear a brown poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. He sports a long brown beard, and similarly colored long hair. His eyes are likewise violet. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. His red hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a rose scrunchie. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Eiravel alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

Description: She appears as an extremely gaunt Tiefling, and stands approximately 5'1". She usually wears her black robe and has her axe always slung over her shoulder, and her gloved hand is found clutching a axe. Her red hair, when down, is lengthy. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Marshal born in the past three hundred years. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.
History: Jezebeth was born with her father's beautiful face. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 11 years.
Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.

Personality: This man loves dancing and to teach people dancing more than just about anything. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered
History: Flask was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: This slender woman stands about 4'9". She wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with yellow lining and desert motifs. Her hair is long and white with streaks of chestnut, and is pulled back with small yellow clips. Her ears are large.
Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.
History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.

Description: She is a woman of bearing and well nourished. She is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright brown and grey, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. Her white hair is heavily combed to the left. Her hazel eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Dwarf in existence. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.
History: Werydd lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her first spouse was a Carpenter, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Werydd fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She is content; and doesn't want to be a bricklayer and was forced into it by her family

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears white robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a whip, but if one is not available he will default to his crossbow. He has golden hair. He has a dull look in his green eyes.
Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Fortune-teller arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.
History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Gnomes in Umpen's homeland. Umpen decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he wants to meet his childhood hero
