He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents were killed by drow in a raid when he was still a young child. The drow captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Pyntle was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Pyntle was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
