History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Ralf was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears long strands of aquamarine and short brown dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His violet eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the east were limited. He bought a rapier and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Farmer responsibilities is difficult; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: This exceptionally lanky woman is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright pastel and red, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. Her black fur, when down, is lengthy. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.
Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Cloak grew up listening to her father's many stories. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Beggar. She became a Beggar soon after.
Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture.

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Tabaxi, and stands approximately 6'6". He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents, and his gloved hand is found clutching a rapier. He wears his red fur up. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: Trail was born with his mother's beautiful face. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and to get a good night's sleep

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and to find somewhere to settle down

Description: This late middle aged man wears rags and sports a simple walking cane and is in decent physical shape. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide his balding. His eyes are gold.
Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. Gorbundus is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: The child of a Stylist, who enjoyed hunting, Gorbundus was taken on many hunting expeditions. He found a children's book about a Dragonborn Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and wants to work out more often

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Tervaround's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.
History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.
Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and money/treasure

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is obsessed with finding treasure.
History: Dûgz lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and he would like to get married and retire

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, he wears dull yellow sweaters, loose black pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed quarterstaff, just in case. His hair is cut close to his head. His brown eyes peer out from beneath his broad yellow hat.
Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is harsh and unforgiving.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
