History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now mingles about in high society.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Morana was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Priest.
