Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Shepherd profession.

History: Smoking hails from a village terrorized by brigands. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Aym was born on a far southern plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Interpreter. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Banker. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
