Description: He wears a robe, a symbol of death around his neck, and a bastard sword on his belt. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide his balding. His hazel eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: Two Llamas is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: He was raised in a desert tribe. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He bought a bastard sword and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Shadow will drive conversation. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.
History: Shadow was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Ploughman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright tan and green, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His chestnut hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: He was born in the south. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. After months of barely getting by, Igden managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Juliana isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Half-Elven unity. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Animal Trainer arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Oskar has worked very hard to control his curse. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

He prefers to carry a quarterstaff, but if one is not available he will default to his pickaxe. He has black fur. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: Dynamic was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: She was born in the north. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
