As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Kava lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Valanthe hails from a village terrorized by illithids. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Valanthe took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up club and armor she uses now. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by illithids. Valanthe was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the illithids.
