Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He tends to wear a white poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. He keeps his long white hair kept up in a rat tail. His eyes are likewise gray. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: The child of a Unemployed, who enjoyed hunting, Osco was taken on many hunting expeditions. After coming to the age of reason, Osco took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: A moderately attractive man, he wears a worn and beaten armor. His chestnut hair is knotted and matted. His eyes are likewise silver. His teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family While he appears to be a normal Tiefling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He is well dressed, constantly wearing a green suit, tan shirt, and green tie. His bronze crest is still thick. His gold eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Kaladan liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and wants to work out more often

Description: This late middle aged woman typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep black leather and dull brown iron scale mail and is in decent physical shape. Her red hair is braided into rings. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: She thrives on attention. She does whatever is in her power to gain the attention of whomever she deems a fit date. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: Nemeia was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Locksmith. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 9 years.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. His feathered hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His white eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: Damakos was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.
History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Being a Courier kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Description: He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame, and carries monstrous two handed axes. He sports a long chestnut beard, and similarly colored long hair. His fierce blue eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
History: Adam was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fortune-teller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
