Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He has the majority of his body covered in plate. His chestnut hair is still thick. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines hazel.
Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Gnomish culture. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: Born to a Roofer, his father struggled to pay the bills. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Gnomish people.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He likes to wear ponchos typically of a light grey in addition to tight pants. His hair, while still mostly brown, has prominent grey streaks. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep blue.
Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Dean took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up sai and armor he uses now. He bought a sai and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Description: She is a woman of bearing and well nourished. She wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. Her long brass crest is drawn into a two foot long braid. She wears an eyepatch.
Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.
History: She was born at the edge of vast island. Synthrin was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Synthrin decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact.

Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He wears just a white suit. He has dyed his greying white hair a little too much giving a sharp white color. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Tod is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Tod abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and to reunite with his old friends

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of orcs may trigger it at times.
History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. At a young age her father died while driving off some orcs. Her mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in sickle use. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.

He prefers to carry a hand crossbow, but if one is not available he will default to his nunchaku. He has wavy silver crest. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Ildrex was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and to get a good night's sleep

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. Falkrunn enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Falkrunn was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has achieved small success as a Blacksmith.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.
History: The child of a Laborer, who enjoyed hunting, Brottor was taken on many hunting expeditions. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Orc activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Orc doctor. He has achieved small success as a Armorer.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Armorer responsibilities is difficult; and he is greedy

Description: This petite short woman is perpetually holding a beer of some kind. She has a large white mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her grey robe, marred by beers. Her blonde hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: Hrathy hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her poetry career. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. Being a Laborer kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help
