Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. During her travels, Emerald and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Chaedi was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Chaedi was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Chaedi decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. Through the years after Orryn was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Orryn's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.
