Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears long strands of opal and short blue dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. His golden hair is smooth and relatively long. His eyes are amber.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He takes great joy in being the best Layabout in town.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A gifted student he started as a Laborer, but he got bored and became a Layabout. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Laborer they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Layabout, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Layabout and was forced into it by his family; and sabotage a competitor

Description: This woman is bedraggled and starved. She likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. She has done her best to style her red hair to look like a famous performer. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Gardener hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Drenna fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: He wears a brown vest and prefers red and tan shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'3" when asserting himself. He keeps his cinnamon fur in a flapper bob. His eyes are a pleasant hazel.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Edge grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Edge. Being a Fisher kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She's also a talented Roofer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Further expansion of business.

Description: She has a large black mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her yellow robe. She carries with her a set of clubs on her belt, each one with a ruby on the hilt. Her brass crest is braided into rings. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She disdains her fellow northerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and wants to raise her children well

Description: This light-skinned male wears baggy violet pantaloons and a blue scarf. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His chestnut hair is matted, messy, and big. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Soveliss was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Soveliss's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world.

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born in the west to a Server, Aura learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. While she appears to be a normal Tabaxi, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Born to a Baker, his father struggled to pay the bills. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Peter was born on a far southern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Layabout. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
