Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'9" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a black shirt with thin brown vertical stripes and black pants. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy white hair. He is baby faced.
Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: He was raised in a plains tribe. Hagren liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Description: He wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with black lining and desert motifs, and carries nunchakus. His silver crest is kept up in a ponytail inside a small hat. He is baby faced.
Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.
History: Gorbundus lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. While he appears to be a normal Dragonborn, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Being a Barber kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and to reunite with his absent father

Description: He has the majority of his body covered in plate. He wears a deerstalker hat to hide his balding. His eyes are hazel and catlike.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Dwarf in existence. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is afraid of women and trembles around them
History: He was raised in a island tribe. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Dilettante work with an outfit from a few towns over. Dilettante work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He bought a axe and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Description: This southern woman is abnormally tall. She wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. Her tied-back hair is white. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. The war was a terrible time for her, and Silaqui does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.
History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She's also a talented Carter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and she loathes her own lifestyle

Description: She is wearing a long, grey, dusty cloak. She keeps her white hair in a pixie cut. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady blue eyes.
Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Jarana is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Jarana was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Mortician responsibilities is difficult; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes drow are coming to abduct people. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.
History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Mercenary father left him crippled. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: She was raised in a desert tribe. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. After months of barely getting by, Trym managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.
Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help
