Description: The dark-skinned man stands 5'10" and tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. With a patchy silver beard and wild silver hair. His eyes are amber.
Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. Gerald enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Gerald was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.
History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Carter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and her religion dominates her actions

Personality: She is a sleazy, sleazy gal. She has no qualms about using her powers of suggestion to get people to do what she wants. The war was a terrible time for her, and Vani does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.
History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Server hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Server for the past few years.
Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: He is a husky man, who likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. He wears a feathered hat to hide his balding. His violet unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is obsessed with finding treasure.
History: Ahvain was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and an old rival family wants him found

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.
History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She found a children's book about a Halfling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature lance.
Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Crown-heir responsibilities is difficult; and she is unsatisfied with her job
