Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Fortune-teller profession.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She has taken up work as a Merchant and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Juliana abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains.
