Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 6'3". He wears grey robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a club, but if one is not available he will default to his morningstar, and his gloved hand is found clutching a morningstar. His brown hair, when down, is lengthy. His violet eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: Born to a Junk Dealer, his father struggled to pay the bills. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Orc companion (his 'brother'). He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Half-Orc artifacts is his passion.

Description: This malnourished woman wears light armors faded through time and improper care. Her golden hair is matted, messy, and big. Her hazel eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.
History: Born in the east to a Layabout, Avelina learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Layabout. She struck the Layabout job and began her own company from there.
Motivation: To be a Banker again; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He is wearing a tight blue one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy white hair. His eyes are amber and catlike.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 71. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. Theren abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy golden stubble. He wears a robe, a symbol of his god around his neck, and a kukri on his belt. He has a hunchback. He has a golden handlebar mustache and slicked back golden hair. His green eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Orcs in Karg's homeland. Karg decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to be a slave trader again

History: She was born into a rich family. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and retire the richest woman in the east

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Dragonborn, and stands approximately 6'1". He wears a worn and beaten armor, and his gloved hand is found clutching a lance. His crest is red and curly. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: Dazzazn wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. He found a children's book about a Dragonborn Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. His black hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His hazel eyes peer out from beneath his feathered violet hat.
Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is obsessed with finding treasure.
History: He got into the Cartwright business at a young age. Through the years after Roland was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Roland's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Roland was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Cartwright responsibilities is difficult.

Description: She usually wears her tan robe and has her shield always slung over her shoulder. She is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly shields and maces. Her silver hair is well kept. She has several tiny jet earrings on each ear.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.
History: She was born at the edge of vast island. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Quelenna took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up shield and armor she uses now. Being a Priest kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and she uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.
History: Nora was born with her father's beautiful face. The family's rival house kidnapped her sister with the intent that her sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. After a long history of fighting, Nora and her spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes
