Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. Crampernap is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: Gifted from a young age, Simon studied abroad. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Description: This younger middle-aged woman is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing black cape and mantle trimmed with soft tan waves gently in the breeze, and a wedding ring on her right hand. She wears a broad hat to cover her moderate length dark red hair. She wears an eyepatch.
Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Mortician arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. While she appears to be a normal Tiefling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
