History: Thiala hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. In her 15th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Thiala was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the gnolls.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. At some point he was captured by gnolls and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Personality: Traulam wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: Traulam was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Traulam was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A gifted student he started as a Bricklayer, but he got bored and became a Carter. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
