Description: He wears dull grey sweaters, loose tan pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed hand crossbow, just in case. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. He has dyed his greying golden hair a little too much giving a sharp golden color. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gunter grew up listening to his father's many stories. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He dresses like a well dressed Knight does. His long black hair reaches down to his waist. This brown eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.
History: Born in the east to a Knight, Gunter learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Gunter was born on a far eastern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Knight. He struck the Knight job and began his own company from there.

Description: Her right side is far more bruised and cut up than her other. She typically wears tan cloth garments or leather armor. She sports red long hair. Her eyes are likewise green.
Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Duvamil enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Gifted from a young age, Duvamil studied abroad. She found a children's book about a Gnome Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality.

Description: She wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around her neck, and a scythe on her belt. She carries with her a set of scythes on her belt, each one with a sapphire on the hilt. Her hair is chestnut and curly. Her hazel eyes peer out from beneath her deerstalker blue hat.
Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.
History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Shanairla was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Shanairla fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to protect her home

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She is an amazing painter.
History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Apothecary. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and many illithids want her driven away

Description: He is a pot bellied western man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears silk and lounges about seductively. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Description: He wears a blue armored body suit, with a simple grey line shooting up and back down. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. His broad hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He has violet eyes and a blue hat with a grey feather.
Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Marshal but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Ahvain has worked very hard to control his curse. After months of barely getting by, Ahvain managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.
Motivation: To unite with his brother; and money/treasure

Description: This woman stands a little under 5'5" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates her frame. Her long chestnut hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes illithids are coming to abduct people. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She took after her father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, her father taught her to defend herself. When her father died while fighting illithids, the young Tomph began to lead the lost caravan. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. She has a very tight haircut. This gray eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.
History: Tyna hails from a village terrorized by illithids. In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Tyna alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Many illithids want her driven away.
