She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Aldous grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Aldous. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She was taken from her home at a very young age. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She is wracked by social anxiety.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.

When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Tabaxi artifacts is his passion; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes
