History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She always admired druidic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She tends to her Guard job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Guard responsibilities is difficult; and to be a fortune-teller again
