History: He was born at the edge of vast island. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tiefling conditions. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He now mingles about in high society.

Oppleby was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.
