Description: Her right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise she appears quite healthy. She wears many layers of old clothing at all times. Her long silver hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Decarabia was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and she desires to right it; and she loathes her own lifestyle

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: She was born in a small plains village. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Painter. She's also a talented Marshal, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To unite with her brother; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother

Description: This western man is abnormally tall. He is well dressed, constantly wearing a white suit, blue shirt, and grey tie. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His amber eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He comes from a rich western family. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Tailor arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and regain custody of her daughter

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Motivation: To prove her worth to the world; and she feels threatened by others
