History: Millicent was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student she started as a Sailor, but she got bored and became a Spice Merchant. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dwarven conditions. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: 4'0" and muscular, this northern man wears a simple grey robe with blue stripes complete with hood. He is bald on top and has large auburn tufts of hair around his ears. His eyes are gray and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: This man loves poetry and to teach people poetry more than just about anything. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and money/treasure

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. While she appears to be a normal Dwarf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and regain custody of her son

History: Born in the north to a Performer, Elaim learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Performer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Performer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her black hair is lengthy. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nagrette fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Through the years after Spring was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Spring's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Spring and her spouse have recently divorced.
