Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Bertram embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Through the years after Bertram was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Bertram's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: Brakka hails from a village terrorized by brigands. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Brakka fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and she desires to right it.

Personality: The woman has a huge range of feeling. She will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how she will be a better person from this day on. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Born to a Barkeep, her father struggled to pay the bills. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Slave Trader for hire.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his druidic talents. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her mother.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has achieved small success as a Knight.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

History: Bilga was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
