History: He got into the Mayor business at a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Mayor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mayor work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mayor for hire.

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her mother. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the east were limited. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Servant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Verin has worked very hard to control her curse. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Varis was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. During his travels, Varis and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Varis discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Varis fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

Her gray eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

History: Oppleby hails from a village terrorized by giants. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Oppleby was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Fletcher but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother
