History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. After a long history of fighting, Nedda and her spouse have recently divorced.

Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer.
