Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. Through the years after Mary was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Mary's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Description: This exceptionally lanky woman prefers to wear grey clothing when she does not wear armor. She sports a flattop hair cut. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Dwarf in existence. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Tanner but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Tanner. She struck the Tanner job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and balancing her hectic life and new tanner responsibilities is difficult

His childhood dream was to be a Miller, but he was a colossal failure. He's also a talented Miller, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. Zephan was born on a far southern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Beggar. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and doesn't want to be a beggar and was forced into it by his family

Personality: Ruloth is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Ruloth was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
