Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Paelias was born the youngest of three triplets. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
