He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He's also a talented Dilettante, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

While he appears to be a normal Half-Orc, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
