History: Born in the east to a Detective, Vicky learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Detective hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She became a Detective soon after.
