Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Layabout arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Layabout. She has worked as a Layabout like her mother before her.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around her neck, and a shortbow on her belt, and is pretty ugly. She wears her red hair up. Her gray eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Griselda's homeland. Griselda decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

History: She got into the Detective business at a young age. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Detective for the past few years.

Motivation: Regain custody of her son; and to be a painter again

Description: This woman is very fat, and wears a blue collared shirt and white skirt. She accessorizes with a grey scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across her shirt. Her silver hair is heavily combed to the left. Her eyes are hazel and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. Her divine abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: He sports blue clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. He carries with him a set of monstrous two handed axes on his belt, each one with a emerald on the hilt. His hair is cut close to his head. His violet eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Gimble lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
