History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Sariel grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Sariel. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
